Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. All deliveries must be signed for. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.
All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail. Delivery is next working day subject to availability. However, delivery may take up to five working days.
The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time.
LampsMart will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and LampsMart shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
Postage
You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.
Force Majeure
LampsMart shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Returns
LampsMart is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and service. However, on rare occasions, products may be found to be faulty or defective. In such cases we offer the returns facilities described below.
Subject to the right of Consumers to return goods for refund under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, LampsMart does not sell products on a trial basis. Customers are strongly advised to check suitability and specifications of products before ordering. In some instances, Customers may benefit from special price discounts issued by a manufacturer specifically for their benefit. Such goods are not returnable to the manufacturer and may not be sold to other customers. Accordingly, orders for such goods can not be cancelled and LampsMart can only return or repair Goods where they prove to be defective and the Goods are returned for repair or replacement.
In the event that LampsMart, at its discretion (unless the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 apply), agrees to accept the return for credit of unwanted products, the goods must be returned with LampsMart's prior written agreement within 14 days of delivery. The goods must be unopened, with the manufacturers seals intact and in perfect re-saleable condition. All goods returned in these circumstances (except where the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 apply) will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee of LampsMart's sale price for the goods. Please ensure that the product(s) you have purchased are to your specification prior to breaking the manufacturers seals. This will avoid disappointment and the product(s) being rejected, should you wish to return them.
No contract shall be cancelled once accepted by LampsMart nor shall any Goods which are delivered in accordance with the contract be returned without prior written approval of LampsMart and on terms to be determined at the absolute discretion of LampsMart.
LampsMart's Customer Support staff will advise you of which method of delivery to use to return the products. Depending on the nature of the product purchased. If the goods are found on inspection to be defective, the cost of returning the item will be refunded to you.

A Goods Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) must be obtained from LampsMart for each and every return so that we are able to administratively process your return, otherwise we have no means of identifying the Goods being returned. This will avoid difficulties in returning monies. The RAN must be clearly shown on each parcel returned, and must be in the original manufacturer's packaging (which shall not be defaced) complete with accessories, manuals and documentation. Except in the case of faulty Goods, returned items not complying with these requirements will be rejected.
LampsMart cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit from the Customer. It is the Customer's responsibility to wrap the product adequately to prevent damage.
Proof of postage is not proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier, and to insure the goods for their full value.
On receipt of the returned product will be tested, if it is found to be in good working order without defect, we will return the product to you, and the carriage costs of this return will be your responsibility. Please note that if you have, in the meantime, required us to provide you with a replacement product before completion of the testing process, you will have to pay for this product also.
This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.
Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by following the links on the LampsMart website, or by phoning us on 07850 327574.
All orders taken before 5pm will be processed and sent for delivery by 5pm the next day.
